* Devices include PCs, Servers, Managed Routers, Managed Switches, and may include other devices. Supported devices that are not counted include residential routers, unmanaged switches, printers, and most other peripherals. Devices will be defined at start of service contract.
** Regular hours are 8am to 7pm central. After hours support for the Basic Subscription will be billed at $20 per hour
*** Cloud Backup for unmanaged PCs and servers is available for an additional fee. Servers under an Advanced Subscription will be discounted.
